Cascade Coil Security Systems offer cost-efficient solutions for new construction and retrofit semi-security requirements. Wire coils are interwoven to provide exceptional material strength and “see-thru” transparency. Heavy-duty track and vertical aluminum channels elegantly frame the woven wire mesh. Variable components such as intermediate foot bolts, locks and vertical aluminum stiffener channels allow design flexibility to fulfill specific security needs for each application. A variety of woven coil fabrics are available in several weave sizes to accommodate the security needs of your project . Cascade Coil recommends stainless steel, aluminum and nylon coated galvanized steel in the 1/2″, 3/8″ or 5/16″ weave sizes.

Cascade Coil security partitions are fireproof and easy to install. Our durable lightweight wire fabric does not require heavy support or large storage pockets. It allows free airflow for HVAC, it’s acoustically transparent, and allows signage, media, products and advertisements to remain visible while secured. A variety of weaves, base metals and finishes are available to create a strong visual appeal. The continuous interwoven coils provide a secure partition which will act as a deterrent against break-ins, theft and vandalism.

Cascade’s technical sales department can assist in the selection of wire fabrics, tracks, locks, channels and other components to meet a variety of security requirements. Each component will be custom manufactured, labeled and packaged for fast and easy installation. Security draperies will arrive pre-assembled with carriers, locks and vertical channels attached to the wire drapery fabric. Track, footbolts and wall channels will be packaged separately.
Cascade Coil offers a wide variety of fabric patterns, base metals and finishes to customize a Security System. We will specify the fabric pattern and metal based on the installation size and configuration (See fabric details and weave chart). 3/8″ – 16 Ga. and 1/2″ – 16 Ga. steel weaves are typically recommended for most security systems. 5/16″ – 15 Ga. and 3/8″ – 15 Ga. Aluminum weaves are substituted for large installations to decrease weight, maintain reliability and easy operation. Our woven coil fabric is constructed of various wire materials: nylon-coated galvanized steel, galvanized steel, silver tin plated steel, nickel plated steel, painted steel and aluminum.
Cascade Coil Security Systems meet several architectural requirements, including low-maintenance, favorable strength-to-weight ratios, resistance to environmental exposure and simple installation. The flow-thru design allows visual access into the secured area and does not interfere with ventilation.
